What does a successful Product Manager do at Fiserv?
Clover is looking for a hands-on Product Manager who is passionate about building products and delightful experiences for our customers. Clover’s product team is responsible for moving new innovative products through the software development lifecycle. We’re focused on simplifying the lives of small business owners and in doing so helping Clover achieve its goals.
As a Product Manager for POS at Clover, you will be an advocate for the pain points of Clover's merchants and their staff. You will apply your dining experience and retail shopping experience to develop the impactful product experiences that merchants need to thrive.
Ideally, you have worked in a restaurant, or a retail establishment and have nuanced respect for the immense work it takes to delight customers.
You will help define the full lifecycle of the product, drive execution in collaboration with designers, engineers and other product managers. You will also collaborate with customer experience and support teams to gain insights about product usage and adoption to define enhancements.
What you will do
Drive Product Execution
Own the delivery of features and product improvements — define clear requirements, align stakeholders, and manage timelines.
Partner with engineering and design to scope, prioritize, and iterate on solutions.
Manage the product development lifecycle from discovery through QA to release.
Lead Rollouts & Launches
Create launch plans from pilot to general availability, defining rollout criteria and customer cohorts.
Collaborate with sales, support, and marketing to ensure internal readiness and user adoption.
Define success metrics and drive post-launch analysis and improvements.
Deepen Product Quality & Impact
Use customer feedback, support insights, and data to continuously refine and optimize the product.
Validate solutions through hands-on testing, internal pilots, and early adopter feedback.
Ensure product decisions align with business goals, compliance, and scalability.
What you need to have
4+ years of Product Management or Product Owner experience in an enterprise B2B/B2B2C SaaS product company, preferably in the restaurant or retail industry with knowledge of Order management, and front of house operations.
Experience defining, developing and launching products at various stages, in an Agile environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leading with authority while influencing other
Excellent relationship building skills: written and verbal communication, collaboration and team building
Customer empathy: Understand customer needs, how they interact with products and define solutions to address their pain points.
Experience in API management and 3rd party integrations
Technical background required. Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is a must, a Business degree is a strong plus.
