Our Opportunity:
Chewy is growing! We're the tools team within Data & AI Innovation, building self-service platforms that enable every team at Chewy to access and use data independently. You'll be responsible for the product strategy for tools that eliminate dependencies on centralized teams and drive our shift to a platform-as-a-product model. Does this sound like you? What You'll Do:
- Lead the full product lifecycle for our data tools platform
- Partner with engineers, analysts, and collaborators to understand user needs
- Define product vision and strategy aligned with our 2025 themes: Quality & Trust, Simplification, and Self-Service
- Lead development of self-service tools that scale across multiple teams
- Measure and optimize user adoption and time-to-value
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with internal platforms or data products
- Comfort in technical environments—you understand systems and data flows
- Strong communicator who can align diverse partners
- Customer-first mentality with modesty and curiosity
- Experience with SQL or data platforms is a plus
What Success Looks Like:
In 6-12 months, you'll help teams access data faster, reduce support tickets by enabling self-service, and establish strong product practices as we evolve our operating model.
