What you´ll do
- Respond to inbound B2B Customer Communications on Henkel Adhesive Technology Products
- Communication via emails, webforms, and phone calls
- Handles compliments, inquiries, complaints, product usage, ingredients, packaging, status of orders, certificates, etc.
- Drive good customer experience focusing on professionalism
- Handle other related duties that may be assigned by superior (such as quality, queue management)
