Job Summary Details: The Lead Cleaner III is responsible for giving direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners.

Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required and on the job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- One (1) year of similar work experience
- Supervisor experience
Requirement:
- Ability to speak basic English and will accept candidates with the desire to learn and study the terminology pertaining to a Cleanroom environment
Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and direction to team members
• Relay communication between team members, client, customers and management
• Report performance issues to the Supervisor
• Assist with the training of cleaning team
• Coordinate work assignments
• Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building
• Manage security of keys and access cards for the property
• Report work orders for maintenance
• Makes sure premises are secured at all times
• Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work
• Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager
• Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
• Complete order forms completely and accurately
• Coordinate equipment usage and inventories - Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
- Cleaning in a cleanroom environment using mopping, spraying, and wiping techniques to ensure sterilization of ISO 7 and ISO 8 cleanroom areas
- Stocking of uniforms, protective gear, and miscellaneous items to distribute to cleanroom, gowning rooms, and controlled areas daily
- Gathering trash and recyclables and taking them to the necessary compactors and recycling bins
