What does a Sr Certification Analyst do at Fiserv?
This position is responsible for providing clients and stakeholders with a technical contact for their certification and integration onto the client certification platform.
What you will do:
- Manage client and internal team expectations meeting target dates.
- Ensure all specification and compliances mandates are met.
- Manage the overall certification and integration including discovery, specification review, and technical set up, issue resolution, product integration, network configuration and reporting.
- Review and consult on transaction scripts, format and responses based on transaction and payment scripting.
- Coordinating, scheduling and planning resource activities to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
- Partner with network, production, and other resources to manage client or vendor tests, connectivity and go lives.
- EMV and Tandem mainframe experience a plus
What you need to have:
2 years of merchant acquiring experience or relevant payment processing experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in working directly with clients, and internal/external resources.
Utilization of Microsoft Office tools, including MS Project and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently with minimal management/mentorship.
