About this Position We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Field Operation Manager to ensure strong execution in the traditional channel. This role focuses on helping sales teams perform at their best, making sure our portfolio is well represented in stores, and building solid relationships with key customers across high-volume, multi-location accounts.
What you´ll do
- Maintain a strong presence in the field, for the regions in the responsibility area (Bursa and surrounding cities)
- Lead the launch and re-launch of products within distributor territories
- Ensure Perfect Portfolio execution across retail touchpoints
- Manage trade budgets and oversee listing activities with precision
- Build and nurture relationships with high-impact customers
- Coordinate promotional activities to maximize reach and ROI
- Act as a trusted advisor to field teams, translating strategy into action
