What does a successful Implementations, Client Success Analyst do?
As a trusted advisor in the role of an Implementations, Client Success Analyst at Fiserv, you will ensure client satisfaction by maintaining the overall quality of newly installed data analytics products and services. You will work consultatively with clients to maximize their investment and maintain strong relationships with business leaders across the organization. You will be responsible for addressing service issues during the client's installation warranty period, providing executive-level reporting, uncovering new opportunities, and overseeing the implementation of additional products and services.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with implementation, support, development, and product teams to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
- Consult with clients post-implementation to ensure their success and maximize investment benefits.
- Engage in remote and/or on-site software implementations of Data Analytics products.
- Deliver professional and timely communications to clients regarding project updates, ongoing support items, and product implementation services.
- Track, organize, and document all product implementation and support-related activities thoroughly.
- Assist in creating and maintaining user documentation, including hardware/software requirements, end-user technical information, and internal procedures.
- Develop and sustain a comprehensive understanding of Fiserv products and services while staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
What you will need to have:
- 4+ years of experience in customer-facing projects, client support roles, or the IT service industry.
- Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience.
- 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows Workstation and Server operating systems in both physical and virtual environments.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL, DB2, or Data Warehouse tools.
- Basic understanding of data communications and LAN/WAN technologies.
What would be great to have:
- 4+ years of experience with Fiserv BI suite of products.
- Financial industry experience would be beneficial.
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-facing orientation.
- Exceptional follow-up skills and meticulous attention to detail.
