Daily Contributions
- Generate and maintain precise inspection documentation, encapsulating all critical measurements and findings.
- Craft and continuously enhance inspection procedures, COCs, and quality paperwork.
- Ensure documentation is audit-ready in alignment with FAA, AS9100, and ISO 9001 mandates.
- Handle the organization of documentation, adhering strictly to ITAR guidelines.
- Conduct rigorous checks ensuring the integrity of all certification documents pre-shipment.
- Coordinate with various teams including engineering and quality assurance to ensure up-to-date documentation.
- Compile and present regular updates on inspection results and quality improvement opportunities.
Experience & Capabilities
Essential Requirements:
- 1–2 years working with document control or quality systems within regulated industries.
- Background in aerospace, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices is advantageous.
- Must meet ITAR requirements.
Desired Expertise:
- Familiarity with Discus or ProShop systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
