Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Ryder Cup Accessibility Staff for an upcoming event. The role involves ensuring accessibility and inclusivity for all attendees, including those with disabilities.
You would arrive on September 22nd at 1 PM, and work through 9/28
Accessibility Support Staff
- Collaborate closely with Guest Services personnel to deliver outstanding customer support.
- Facilitate golf cart assistance upon request through the text hotline or dispatch services.
- Promote awareness among guests regarding accessible routes.
- Ensure proper allocation of accessible seating to enhance guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Responsively handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with politeness and helpfulness.
- Disseminate important event information, including accessible facilities, services, and amenities
- Advocate for the significance of accessibility and inclusivity throughout the event.
*MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE*
