What are we looking for?
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quadient Inspire Specialist to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals beginning their career in data-driven communications and document composition. You will support the development of personalized communication templates using Quadient Inspire, working closely with experienced developers and mail team to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
Where you will have an impact
Assist in the creation and modification of variable data templates using Quadient Inspire Designer, ensuring alignment with project specifications and guidelines.
Support the generation of output files (e.g., PDF, AFP, HTML) for print and digital communications using Quadient Inspire Scaler and Automation tools.
Apply basic personalization logic, conditional formatting, and data mapping under the guidance of senior developers.
Conduct initial testing of templates to verify data integration, layout accuracy, and output formatting.
Participate in quality assurance reviews by comparing output files to design specifications and identifying discrepancies.
Collaborate with team members to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and ensure timely delivery of communication assets.
Maintain organized documentation of development work, including version history, template specifications, and change logs.
Assist in troubleshooting template or output issues by reviewing logs, inspecting data files, and escalating complex problems to senior team members.
Learn and follow established development workflows, coding standards, and best practices for document composition.
Support the integration of data files (CSV, XLSX, XML, JSON) into templates and assist in validating data accuracy.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to build technical skills and stay current with platform updates.
Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment by offering ideas, asking questions, and supporting peers.

What’s necessary to do the job?
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field preferred.
0–1 years of experience with Quadient Inspire or similar CCM (Customer Communications Management) software tools (internships or academic projects welcome).
Basic understanding of data-driven design and personalization concepts.
Familiarity with layout or design tools.
Experience with working with data files (CSV, XLSX, JSON).
Exposure to PDF editing/viewing tools.
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) and data formats (e.g., JSON, XML).
Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn new technologies.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
