We’re seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on transforming data into actionable insights and enjoys working with PowerBI and other modern analytics platforms. You’ll play a key role in building intuitive dashboards, generating impactful reports, and continuously exploring new technologies to elevate our data capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new analytics tools and technologies to improve efficiency and insight generation
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all reporting and analytics processes
- Ensure proper documentation for report development, requirements, and reporting
Required Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Power BI
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Python, R, or other data scripting languages
- Experience with Power BI Reports, Data Sources, and Service administration
- Experience retrieving report requirements from customers and translating them into meaningful reports
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and data warehousing concepts
- Ability to create compelling visualizations and tell stories with data
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
