Position Overview:
OT Security Engineer leads the global OT (Operational Technology) security strategy and roadmap for Supply Chain, driving standardization, implementation, and enforcement of security measures. Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance OT security adoption while monitoring industry trends to ensure continuous improvement.
What you´ll do
- Define OT strategy and roadmap for Henkel Consumer Brands global Supply Chain
- Drive implementation of OT Security global roadmap
- Develop and enforce standards to ensure the OT security of new equipment and system purchases.
- Drive standardization of HCB OT security landscape
- Support site to implement OT security controls and technologies
- Collaborate with Leadership Team and senior management to drive the organization’s adoption of OT security
- Collaborate with multiple cross-disciplinary stakeholders
- Monitor trends and technologies related to OT Security to contribute
