Overview
The General Facility Maintenance position assumes day-to-day coordination of specific projects as assigned to ensure contractual commitments are met in a timely, cost effective manner. Daily assignments will be shared by customer on site.

Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must possess valid, unexpired driver's license
• High School Diploma, GED or suitable equivalent is required
Preferred Qualifications:
• One (1) year of basic cleaning skills
• One (1) year of basic maintenance skills
Responsibilities:
*Porter work which will involve errands such as filling company vehicles with gas, detailing them when needed.
• Patio set-up to include, opening umbrellas, power washing patio, watering outside planters, closing umbrellas end of day.
• Re-Stocking of coolers on site.
• Making popcorn, cleaning popcorn machine after use.
• Sidewalk shoveling and salting during inclement weather.
• Cleaning, policing restrooms.
• Event set-up on and off site per customer request
• Keep manager informed of customer feedback
• Communicate effectively and promptly
• Work directly with on-site facilities
• Basic maintenance skills to include changing ballasts, basic plumbing, basic wiring
• Changing furnace filters
• Other miscellaneous tasks as needed
