As a Senior Product Manager, you'll deliver products that ensure a compelling digital experience for our retail Customers or help arm H-E-B Partners company-wide with world-class business applications to thrive in their jobs. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders to cultivate an intimate understanding of their needs and technology and drive the entire technology project lifecycle to make our digital tools work, whether they're for Customers in our Stores or in workplaces across the Company.

As Senior Product Manager – Supplier Enablement, you’ll lead the development of tools and workflows that empower small, large, regional, and emerging brands to participate confidently and effectively in our retail media ecosystem.
You’ll focus on reducing complexity, increasing access, and enabling scale by designing campaign flows, educational experiences, and operational tooling tailored to advertisers with limited resources or digital media experience. This is a cross-functional role with high impact supporting internal teams and external partners alike.

We are looking for:
- Experienced product manager who is curious, empathetic, and data-driven, with strong business acumen related to enterprise organizations, and can apply those skills to the delivery of technology solutions for Partners, Suppliers and Customers
What is the work?
Digital Product Management:
- Own the product vision and roadmap for enabling small, large, and emerging suppliers to plan, launch, and measure retail media campaigns
- Design intuitive, simplified campaign creation workflows that abstract away technical complexity
- Collaborate with internal teams to build tools that support campaign intake, validation, review, and performance feedback
- Develop templated campaign formats that align with common supplier goals and promotional moments
- Build mechanisms for surfacing available advertising opportunities, creative requirements, and key deadlines in a clear and digestible way
- Partner with Marketing and Education teams to integrate help content, guidance, and onboarding flows directly into the product experience
- Ensure internal teams (e.g., sales, activation ops) have the support tools needed to manage long-tail advertiser demand efficiently
- Monitor campaign performance and funnel friction points to continually refine and improve the experience
- Champion the voice of suppliers within the broader product and go-to-market strategy
- Manages activities that drive product development and delivery at the team / department level, and across departments; serves as dedicated owner of a set of related products, typically strategically- or thematically related while working independently with limited oversight.
- Serves as subject matter expert on owned product area(s), related product area(s), and department.
- Guides project vision; coordinates cross-functional teams of Partners / suppliers.
- Explores / validates and executes with little pre-defined solutions; makes independent decisions based on analysis, experience, judgment.
- May mentor an individual or small team of product managers or business analysts in the related domain, based on the needs of the business and/or Product.
- Collaborates with stakeholders - company-wide to understand / document business needs in an end-to-end manner.
- Builds and owns product roadmaps.
- Accesses / organizes data; builds analyses to understand financial impact of business opportunity and proposed solutions.
- Works closely with business customers, Product Managers, Design, and Engineering Partners to drive entire technology product lifecycle.
- Manages relationships with key stakeholders to drive and enhance the product vision and strategy.
- Drives teams to demonstrate high velocity, efficiency, and morale; ensures team consistently meets commitments.
- Flexes existing processes to maximize outcomes; identifies critical risks and dependencies; anticipates / resolves critical team issues with little escalation.
- Creates quantitative data analysis and modeling to inform outcomes; constructs methods / metrics to identify product team successes and failures.
- May manage/ supervise Product Managers
What is your background?
- A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
- 5+ years of experience in product management / development related experience (e.g., retail, finance, marketing, computer science, design)
- Experience building tools for businesses, non-technical users, or operational enablement
- Proven ability to reduce user friction and create product experiences that guide rather than overwhelm
- Strong collaboration skills across sales, marketing, operations, and engineering teams
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, especially when creating user education or internal support workflows
- Experience with media planning or campaign execution processes
- Familiarity with retail or CPG supplier dynamics
- Understanding of how to balance automation with hands-on support in a scaled environment
- Passion for building inclusive, accessible product experiences that unlock new participation
