We're looking for a highly organized and motivated Salesforce administrator to join Panda!
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support,
maintenance & improvement of our Salesforce environment. You'll work closely with
cross-functional teams including sales, operations, finance & field service to ensure Salesforce
meets business needs and supports scalable growth.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce org (Sales Cloud, Service
- Cloud, Field Service Lightning, etc)
- Manage Salesforce users, profiles, permissions, apps & page layouts
- Create and maintain reports & dashboards for end users & leadership
- Troubleshoot user issues, provide support & deliver user training
- Maintain data quality through regular audits, deduplication & validation rules
Qualifications:
Required:
- 1+ year(s) of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, standard/custom objects & automation tools
- Experience with user support and training
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to work a fulltime schedule (M-F 9-5) onsite
- Background in roofing, insurance restoration, mitigation, or storm-related contracting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight turnaround times in a fast-paced environment P
Preferred:
- Experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL)
- Experience in construction, trades or similar industry
- Knowledge of Salesforce APIs & Flow Orchestration
- Experience working with partner communities or customer portals
