Paragon is hosting an open Physical Fitness Assessment for qualified candidates on
8/26, 8/27, and 8/28 @ 1000 at the below location: Advise what date you will attend.
IN THE PARKING LOT across from 175 Addison Road Windsor, CT
Must have all of the following:
- US Citizenship (verified through E-Verify)
- Valid US state-issued driver's license
- High School Diploma
- Clean 5-Panel Drug Screen (Medical Marijuana card not accepted)
- Push-ups: as many as possible in 2 minutes
- Sit-ups: as many as possible in 2 minutes
- 300-meter sprint: as fast as possible
- 165lb victim drag over 82 feet: pass/fail
Must have at least one of the following four backgrounds:
- Military - honorably discharged (verified with DD-214)
- Sworn Civilian Law Enforcement - P.O.S.T Certified (Corrections, special police do not qualify)
- 3 years of armed physical security (armored car driver, corrections are qualifying)
- College Degree in Criminal Justice (Diploma/transcripts required)
For those passing the PFT a range assessment will be held at date TBD.
