In this pivotal role, you will
- Champion Innovation and Vision: Drive a product from concept to widespread adoption with your entrepreneurial spirit and deep experience in building high-impact consumer apps. You know what it takes to engage users at scale and turn insights into intuitive, habit-forming experiences.
- Lead with Agility and Authority: Define the product vision and strategy, anticipating market trends and translating them into actionable roadmaps. Your leadership will ensure we deliver products that delight consumers while opening a whole new channel for ADP.
- Engage and Inspire: Mentor and grow a talented product team. Build trust across the organization, from C-Suite leaders to cross-functional partners in engineering, design, and marketing. Your ability to tell a compelling story will rally support and inspire execution.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee the product lifecycle from zero-to-one launch through scale, relentlessly focused on adoption, engagement, and retention. You will partner closely with Engineering, UX, and Marketing to deliver a polished, impactful experience that stands out in the consumer market.

To Succeed In This Role
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, MBA) or equivalent.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software product management, including a proven track record of launching and scaling consumer apps in high-growth environments. Experience spanning both startup and large-company settings is ideal.
- Experience in scaling products to millions of users
- Familiarity and understanding of the blockchain and fintech environments
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior in digital financial products, including user acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Passion for emerging technologies and financial inclusion

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $105,600.00 - USD $282,600.00 / Year*
- Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
