Position Summary
Assists in the day-to-day operational activities of healthcare organizations by providing administrative support, managing data and documentation, coordinating scheduling and logistics, and assisting with process execution. Ensures smooth operations, maintains accurate records, and supports the overall functioning of healthcare operations.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ Months of Customer Service experience
- 6+ Months of Microsoft office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Has the ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $25.65
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
