What You'll Be Doing
- Reporting to the Director of HM Insight and working closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, and IT, as well as regional leadership
- Delivering actionable financial and operational insights to support decision-making across business lines using data visualizations and enterprise performance management solutions
- Opportunities to lead high-impact business transformation projects, work with cutting-edge technologies, and grow into a leadership role
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling presentations for senior leadership
- Exposure to advanced analytics platforms, cloud-based data solutions, and AI-driven tools is a key part of this role
What Are We Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, or an advanced technical degree
- 3–5 years of experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial systems and/or enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Tableau, BW/4HANA, Oracle EPM—including Essbase, Planning, and Reporting)
- Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset and a bias for action; able to influence and work across teams
- Proactive in identifying trends and anomalies
- Prior experience in the building materials industry is a plus
