Job Summary
Vapor Point is seeking a highly organized and motivated professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Support & Salesforce Administrator. This role combines inside sales support with CRM administration to strengthen customer engagement, improve sales efficiency, and provide leadership with accurate, timely information for decision-making.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn—bringing strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a willingness to work across departments. While prior Salesforce experience is a plus, we value aptitude, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, and will provide training for the right candidate.
Location & Schedule
- Location: Amarillo (ideal), Houston (option), or Remote (U.S.)
- Schedule: Full time; Monday-Friday; 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST, with daily interaction across teams regardless of location.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to capture and document key customer interactions, meeting outcomes, and account updates in Salesforce, ensuring leadership has accurate visibility into opportunities and pipeline health.
- Prepare, update, and distribute marketing and other sales support materials to enable the sales team’s outreach and follow-up efforts.
- Maintain high standards of CRM data quality through updates, de-duplication, imports, and validation checks.
- Build and maintain actionable reports and dashboards that track performance metrics and support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate campaign setup and tracking, capturing costs and producing ROI reports tied to opportunities.
- Support account planning efforts by organizing and summarizing information from sales calls, strategy sessions, and customer meetings.
- Provide Salesforce user support, troubleshoot basic issues, and create simple reference guides or process documentation.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership on cross-functional projects that improve efficiency and customer engagement.
- Monitor Salesforce platform updates and recommend enhancements that align with business goals.
Qualifications
Required
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and apply critical thinking to solve problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
- Ability to work effectively across multiple departments and manage competing priorities.
- Positive, self-motivated attitude with a desire to grow in a sales support or CRM administration career path.
Preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems (training provided).
- Industrial Services or Oil & Gas background.
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative role.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
