- **Salesforce Workflow Rule Configuration:**
- Design and implement a new workflow rule in Salesforce, defining the conditions that will trigger the outbound message (e.g., record creation, status changes).
- Ensure selected conditions meet business requirements for sending data to Plusvibe.
- **Outbound Message Implementation:**
- Within the workflow rule, add an Immediate Workflow Action by selecting “New Outbound Message” from Salesforce’s dropdown menu.
- Set the webhook URL generated by Zapier as the Endpoint URL for the outbound message.
- Select and map the required Salesforce fields to be sent to the Zap.
- **Workflow Activation:**
- Activate the workflow rule in Salesforce to ensure the integration is live and data is transmitted automatically.
- **Testing and Validation:**
- Verify end-to-end data flow from Salesforce to Plusvibe via Zapier.
- Troubleshoot connection issues, field mapping discrepancies, and ensure successful delivery and handling of messages on Plusvibe’s end.
