What you’ll do
Are you eager to learn about B2B marketing in a support function that offers exposure to a wide range of activities within the Marketing and Sales team? Are you looking for a fast-paced, fun culture and ready to take on new challenges?
This role will primarily support the North American Industrial Adhesives (ACM) Marketing and Inside Sales Organization.
This internship will be critical in many different support functions, covering both digital B2B marketing and in-field selling, as well as core communications to Henkel’s internal and external teams. As a Marketing Coordinator Intern, you will:
- Assist in planning and coordinating regional sales events, including site logistics, collateral, invites, samples, and materials
- Manage branded merchandise and marketing assets, including purchase order creation and inventory tracking
- Support the marketing team with financial administrative tasks and documentation
- Contribute to special projects in collaboration with the commercial team
- Manage internal and external communications, including template development, contact list maintenance, and cataloging of historical communications
- Gain hands-on experience in a dynamic marketing environment with exposure to both strategic and operational activities
