Position Summary
The Franchise Development Director will work directly with prospective franchisees and award licenses by adhering to the Company sales process. This position is responsible for driving maximum conversion rates throughout the sales process while ensuring that the Celebree integrity and brand is protected. The success of the Franchise Development Director requires the ability to think strategically, build relationships, communicate effectively across a wide range of clients, and execute with a high level of precision.

- Ensures personal growth & development through self-education of new policies, practices, & trends in the franchise arena and education industry.
- Articulates clear standards and expectations, asks questions, and actively listens. Gives timely and effective feedback.
- Inspires a shared vision by setting clear goals and fostering a positive and rewarding environment.
BRAND
- Provides lead feedback to marketing team to maximize the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Adheres to Federal and State franchise sales laws and Company policies and procedures.
OPERATIONS
- Manages and maintains franchise development lead generation system to ensure timely responses to leads and reporting of current information.
- Qualifies and verifies that candidates meet/exceed minimum financial and professional standards.
- Effectively communicates the “why” behind Celebree’s business model, concept, strategy, culture, mission, and values.
- Coordinates all background checks and financial statement verifications.
- Expedites prospects throughout the entire franchise discovery journey, the sales process.
- Promotes Celebree’s franchise opportunities through social media, regional/national events, social selling, and webinars.
- Performs all tasks/projects within determined budget.
- Creates a culture of excellence and consistency that is focused on flawless execution.
- Demonstrates accountability and initiative; identifies opportunities/goals.

Qualifications
This position requires a comprehensive knowledge of franchise development and a basic understanding of the concepts, practices, and procedures within the childcare industry. This individual will have a strong background enabling accelerated growth, setting, and exceeding goals and a high level of business acumen combined with the ability to think strategically to perform this job successfully.
Job Specific Requirements:
- 3-5 years (minimum) experience required in franchise sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong negotiation skills required.
- Successful record in franchise sales.
- 25%-75% Travel for candidate meetings in market, franchise consultant events, and meetings at the corporate office.
