About your role:

As a Software Development Engineering - Advisor II, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with our business goals and client needs.
What you'll do:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv's business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.

Experience you'll need to have:
8+ years of experience in software development and designing distributed systems
7+ years of experience in Java programming, spring boot, spring framework
5+ years of experience in SQL databases
5+ years of experience in AWS
3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
