Job Summary:
KBR is seeking a part time Junior FMS Program Analyst to join our team supporting the fast paced and highly desirable PMA265 Australia F-18 program. The successful candidate will support the Australian Foreign Liaison Office (FLO) in San Diego, California. The individual selected will provide FLO office analysis support, participate in meetings, track program/project status and schedules, takes minutes, and prepares presentations. The candidate will have a high attention to detail, effective communication skills, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Roles and Responsibilities:
Provides analytical support for the Foreign Liaison Office including special projects and tasking based on requirements of the Foreign Liaison Officer Team .
Communicate directly with government team leaders, support coordinators, and stakeholders to ensure information is delivered in an accurate and timely manner throughout the team.
Coordinates and facilitates monthly technical foreign military sales (FMS) meetings for the FMS Australia program, including drafting technical documents and coordinating delivery of technical data between FMS and USN
Ensure all required electronic files are uploaded and maintained in adequate SharePoint site for the customer.
Locate and secure conference room facilities for conducting meetings at the classification level of up to and including Secret. This includes the planning and coordination of VTC/Telecon meetings to include arranging meeting space, managing attendees, communicating with contact officers to ensure security protocols are followed, and preparing and distributing presentation materials.
Participates in establishing and defining program plan requirements. Coordinates with the team for the development of program plans and interfaces with vendors and customers as required.
Coordinates with incoming team members and provides them with the necessary resources and support available to ensure relocation to the area is as seamless as possible.
Responsible for procurement and inventory of all supplies necessary for the team to conduct business on a daily basis

An active secret level security clearance.
Foreign military sales experience.
Experience with the Microsoft Office productivity suite specifically PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
Prior experience working independently.

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s location, knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, contract affordability, and in consideration of internal parity.
