Description:You will be the Systems Engineer Sr for the F-16 Supplier Forum team which is responsible for managing and maintaining Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs) for the F-16 program.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Systems Engineer Sr, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs) for the F-16 program, collaborating strategically with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and other stakeholders to ensure that SSOWs achieve the highest standards, remain current, and aligned with evolving program requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating collaborative reviews with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to evaluate and discuss supplier requirement changes
- Identifying and closing supplier requirement gaps that could jeopardize program success
- Driving stakeholder alignment to identify and implement critical program changes
- Managing end-to-end traceability and configuration control for all supplier requirement modifications
- Orchestrating cross-functional alignment with engineering Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to ensure seamless program integration

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
