Key job responsibilities
Support moderately complex data center projects, including rack installs/decommissions, facility operations, and infrastructure maintenance to ensure 99.999% uptime. Assist with troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and procedural documentation. Oversee on-site contractors/vendors, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations. Utilize ticketing systems, root cause analysis, and change management processes. Work includes 12-hour rotating shifts, potential on-call duties, and physical tasks such as lifting (up to 39 lbs independently) and navigating uneven terrain or ladders across multiple locations.
Work Shifts
- 30min lunch breaks
- Shift schedules may rotate → Employees are given a 2-4 week notice if rotation is required.
- Onboarding Training (First 4-6 weeks): M-F 7am -3:30pm
- Day Shifts:
- Front Half: Every other Saturday, Sunday-Tuesday (3 days one week, 4 days the next week). Shifts are 5:30am - 6pm
- Back Half: Wednesday-Friday, every other Saturday (3 days one week, 4 days the next week). Shifts are 5:30am - 6pm
- Night Shifts:
- Front Half: Every other Saturday, Sunday-Tuesday (3 days one week, 4 days the next week). Shifts are 5:30pm - 6am
- Back Half: Wednesday-Friday, every other Saturday (3 days one week, 4 days the next week). Shifts are 5:30pm - 6am
Must be US Citizen, EAD, Permanent Resident, or Green Card holder.
This role is not eligible for TN Visa. We cannot sponsor H1B.
***BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (Must meet ALL to APPLY)***
- 1+ years electrical or mechanical trade experience
- Technical (Military/Trade School) training or 1+ years’ of equivalent experience in a relevant industry
- 1+ years of MS Office Suite experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 2+ years of data center engineering experience
