KPMG is currently seeking a Client Success Director to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders, stakeholders, and practice heads; build and sustain high-impact, trust-based relationships that align digital initiatives with business goals, ensuring the assigned portfolio delivers measurable value and long-term impact
- Lead business engagement efforts by designing and implementing consultative frameworks that elevate client interactions; act as the primary liaison for Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members and clients, facilitating entry points for digital and data initiatives and ensuring alignment with strategic roadmaps
- Translate business strategy and priorities into actionable digital initiatives; leverage deep subject matter expertise to advise on complex digital issues, ensuring alignment with enterprise planning processes and driving innovation that enhances financial performance and operational efficiency
- Oversee the execution of strategic digital programs by coordinating with SMEs across Architecture, Experience, Data, Gen AI, and Platform teams; ensure delivery excellence through best-in-class practices that align with business priorities and competitive positioning
- Monitor and manage portfolio performance, providing transparency into project and financial metrics; identify opportunities for continuous improvement and ensure delivery within agreed timelines and budgets to maximize business value
- Provide visionary leadership to a high-performing team; drive organizational design, talent acquisition, and professional development initiatives to build a resilient, future-ready workforce capable of delivering on strategic objectives
- Minimum ten years of recent progressive experience in strategic program management, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale initiatives from concept to execution
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required; master's degree from an accredited college or university with PMP certification preferred
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams in a complex, matrixed environment
- Expertise in managing multiple high-impact programs simultaneously, with the ability to make strategic decisions that shape organizational outcomes
- Strong decision-making capabilities with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
- Advanced understanding of enterprise digital strategy, architecture, solution delivery models, and innovation frameworks that drive business transformation
