Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Force Sales Manager at Hampton Inn by Hilton located in Massachusetts, United States. The Force Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and expanding the customer base. Day-to-day tasks will include overseeing daily sales operations, conducting sales meetings, training and mentoring sales staff, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. The Force Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
