About your role:
As an Infrastructure Engineering - Advisor I, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing infrastructure systems that are essential for Fiserv's operations and growth. Working closely with a dedicated team, you will tackle complex infrastructure challenges and ensure seamless integration and performance of various systems. Your contributions will be vital in driving innovative solutions and supporting our clients, thereby significantly enhancing our overall business success.
What you will do:
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust infrastructure solutions to meet organizational needs.
- Optimize infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure architecture with enterprise goals.
- Conduct regular system audits and provide recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest infrastructure technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.
What you will need to have:
- Experience in infrastructure design and management, including performance tuning and optimization.
- Experience with network management and infrastructure security
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubermetes).
- Experience in data integration and ETL processes
- 6+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience with DevOps practices
- Understanding of automation scripting for infrastructure management
- Experience in infrastructure scaling technologies

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and lead to stronger productivity.
