Description:You will be the Administrative Assistant for the manufacturing team. Our team is responsible for driving efficiency and productivity in our manufacturing operations, and we're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide comprehensive support.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our manufacturing management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
• Provide administrative support to the manufacturing management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
• Answer and direct phone calls, responding to inquiries and routing messages appropriately.
• Greet visitors and maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
• Assist with data entry, record keeping, and file management, maintaining accurate and organized systems.
• Support the manufacturing team with various administrative tasks, such as preparing presentations, creating spreadsheets, and managing databases.
• Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent experience/combined education
* Minimum of 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Valid state issued driver's license

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
