Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Technician Training and Education Network (T-TEN) Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Sr Analyst - T-Ten Field - East coast.
The primary responsibility of this role is to act as a liaison between Toyota T-TEN, partner schools, Toyota/Lexus Field Offices and Toyota/Lexus dealerships. Field Managers provide assessment, coaching and feedback on education management, operational management and relationship management (dealers, schools and regions) of T-TEN programs.
Reporting to the Technician Training & Education Network (T-TEN) Manager the person in this role will support the Technician Training and Education Network (T-TEN) department's objective to educate, recruit and train new Toyota and Lexus technicians.
This role will be based out of one of our Boston, New York, Maryland, or New Jersy area offices supporting schools on the east coast. Considerable travel will be needed to support the East Coast along with trips to Toyota Motor North America in Plano, TX throughout the year. 50-75% travel required.
What you’ll be doing
Manage T-TEN partnerships with educational institutions, Toyota/Lexus Field Offices and Dealerships
Provide assessment, coaching and feedback to educational institutions on meeting T-TEN Program Policies and Procedures
Conduct analysis to support expansion, level setting or closure of educational institutions
Collect and manage metrics related to T-TEN programs for individual educational institutions
Support recruiting events while understanding the needs of the Toyota/Lexus dealerships in the surrounding area
Develop and maintain strong partnership and alliance to support T-TEN and Toyota/Lexus Field Office workforce development initiatives
What you bring
Experience with dealership service operations.
Experience with Toyota/Lexus technician training and product knowledge.
Strong communication, collaborative and presentation skills.
Ability to travel 75% of the time domestically.
Added bonus if you have
Educational Institution experience – preferably T-TEN School history
Active user on T-TEN Online, T-TEN.Com, and TIS
Experience working with industry alliances i.e., ASE, SkillsUSA, ATMC, and NASTF
Toyota or Lexus Master Technician level certification
ASE Certification

The annual base salary range for this position is $103,800.00 - $168,700.00.Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan.
