What You Will Do
The Government Account Manager will manage relationships with our government clients, federal, state and city, to drive sales and revenue. This is a remote position based in the US. If you enjoy managing accounts in the public sector, keep reading!
How You Will Do It
- Generate sales, leads, identify opportunities within your account base for growth, and work to increase revenue from current accounts.
- Ensure clients are fully aware of our solutions. Partner with Marketing to create leads
- Cross sell and upsell an assigned installed base of customers.
- Increase customer satisfaction by understanding business needs and recommending FM:Systems solutions. Work closely with your Customer Success Managers to drive customer satisfaction.
- Create a strong referral network from your assigned accounts
- Expand current contract values through upselling additional software services
- Forecasting and tracking – Utilize Sales Force and work closely with the clients to forecast and track sales opportunities.
What We Look For
- Selling subscription based software, Saas and Haas
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
- 5+ years of account management experience working with public sector clients
- Technical aptitude working with software solutions
- Relationship management and cross functional communications
- Industries, Federal, State and local government experience
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $86,000 - $115,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
