ERP Business Specialist
Location: Minneapolis
Job type: Full Time
Schedule: Office Hours, Monday to Friday
Hourly pay: $22.25 - $29.00/hr
**Compensation for this position includes hourly salary, short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role.
What You’ll Do
As an ERP Business Specialist you will complete corporate level tasks and provide support for business processes, policies, and transactions that are reliant on the ERP system.
You will…
- Perform research, requests, communication, instruction, and transaction processing for a wide range of business processes that are reliant on the ERP system for all branches and departments. Includes work like processing credit re-bills, troubleshooting errors when processing manifests, and returns processing. Using independent judgment when outside normal processes.
- Provide business and system guidance to Viking Electric associates and external partners to ensure policies and processes are executed properly.
- Monitor ERP system queues and reports for aging unfinished tasks. Work with appropriate associates and leaders to have them finish the task. Give direction to associates involved to prevent tasks from going unfinished beyond the acceptable timeframes.
What You Bring
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years in experience supporting business processes, sales, or accounting related transactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Teams and comfort with technology.
- Viking Electric system knowledge preferred.
- High School/GED preferred
