- Execute integration, system, feature interaction, stress, performance testing for Clover products.
- Working experience on Production Support domain.
- Should be flexible to work in 24x7 shifts.
- Provide implementation Support.
- Postproduction deployment support which is Incident management support
- Problem management support
- Update the production support runbooks as required.
What you will do:
- Work as a part of a L2 production support team along with server engineers, L3 engineers and developers.
- Support Production deployment.
- Update the production support runbooks as required.
- Postproduction deployment support which is Incident management support
What you will need to have:
- BS in an engineering discipline, preferably computer science or engineering, or equivalent work experience
- Shave knowledge on HP nonstop, Tandem and bit of Tal and Administration support.
- Good knowledge on ITIL principles.
- Experience with tools like GitLab, Bitbucket.
- Ability to learn new tools quickly and independently.
What would be great to have:
- Good exposure on Unix flavours (Solaris, Linux, AIX)
- Good analytical skills on Oracle and MySQL. Working knowledge on Windows Platform.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Control-M Scheduler
- Knowledge on Shell scripting
- Working experience on Production Support domain.
