What does a great Channel Manager do at Fiserv?
As a Channel Manager at Fiserv, you will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with GSP, Reseller, Integration, and Referral partners. You will be responsible for overseeing special projects related to Card Services and Digital Partner Programs, as well as ensuring operational excellence in servicing partners and their clients.
What you will do:
- Manage partner accounts strategically, serving as the key point of contact both internally and externally.
- Collaborate across functions to drive the success of the channel partnership program.
- Oversee and support special projects within the partner program, including commercialization projects related to CardHub.
- Assist in managing program execution and updating the Partner Program Play Book, revenue reporting, forecasting, and market-view reporting.
- Support operational engagement between partners and Fiserv support and implementation teams, ensuring seamless interface and support.
What You Will Need To Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Channel Partner Account Management.
- 5+ years of experience in Program and Project Management.
- 3+ years of experience in digital banking, payments, card processing, mobile app technology, or related areas.
- 2+ years of experience in managing commercialization projects for new product features.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills and ability to understand technical concepts.
- Exceptional multitasking and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility, resilience, and willingness to adapt to new processes.
- Travel availability up to 25%.
