Description:You will be the Quality Analyst Staff for the Quality Engineering Team which is responsible for ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Quality Analyst Staff, you will be responsible for supporting the Quality Engineering Team through the development and maintenance of critical quality charts and metrics, as well as coordinating with senior leadership on corrective action initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining CART, CAB, and Senior CAB charts to ensure quality standards are met.
- Coordinating cross-functionally with senior leadership to run effective Corrective Action meetings.
- Analyzing and reporting on quality-related data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Recommending corrective actions and developing quality control measures to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensuring conformance to company and regulatory standards through proactive quality initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to obtain Secret clearance
Quality Process and Continuous Improvement knowledge
Experience with data visualization tool(s) (i.e., Tableau, Business Objects, PowerBI, et.)
Demonstrated data analytics experience
Experience developing, monitoring and/or reporting metrics
Desired Skills:2+ years of aviation quality experience
Experience in project management and use of project management tools
Effective communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Experience interfacing with Government Customer
Representatives
Ability to adapt business processes into automated tools and perform specialized data investigations to support Root-Cause Corrective-Action (RCCA) efforts
Experience briefing senior leaders
Understanding of performance metric measures or Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting techniques a plus
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
