Description:You will be the Prj Mgt & Plng Operations Staff, serving as the MDMS MEC IPT Lead. Our team is responsible for supporting all aspects of production in MEC, and we're looking for a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Prj Mgt & Plng Operations Staff, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional IPT team and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful production of MDMS products. You will work closely with the TAGM customer, Program Team, and MEC Site Production Team to identify potential impacts to production and develop plans to mitigate them.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading a cross-functional IPT team to support all aspects of production in MEC
• Coordinating with the TAGM customer on a weekly basis to ensure alignment and resolve issues
• Continually monitoring production inputs and outputs to identify potential impacts and develop mitigation plans
• Leading and coordinating pathfinder plans for changes, including freeze orders
• Serving as a liaison between the Program Team and MEC Site Production Team to ensure continuous communication and alignment
• Providing frequent on-site support in Orlando Micro-Electronics Center and occasional travel to other MFC factories

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a
related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Experience in Manufacturing Supervision, Manufacturing Engineering or Quality Engineering
Desired Skills:
Experience with capacity and capital planning
Knowledgeable with SAP, Z Charts, MES CAPP,
and ECE
Ability to forecast potential impacts to production
at higher level assemblies when risks emerge
Ability to clearly and concisely articulate issues,
impacts, and mitigation plans
Knowledgeable on Micro-Electronics Assembly
Knowledgeable on Electro Mechanical Assembly
and Test Processes
Ability to analyze and use production metrics and
data to influence team members in different
functions on actions required to support
production
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
