The Program Manager, Knowledge & Learning Analytics is responsible for building and leading the design, development, and optimization of SRS’s Learning & Development and HR knowledgebase and analytics function to support learning initiatives. This role will drive documentation standards, processes, and governance models that ensure accurate, accessible, and consistent content across the HR team. This includes establishing a clear “voice” for documentation and developing systems to support AI-enabled search, retrieval, and learning experiences. This role combines data analysis, performance measurement, and content management to ensure our associates have access to the right knowledge at the right time—while enabling leadership to make data-informed decisions on learning effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for human-enablement – helping to shape the future of how we develop, assess and measure learning in our organization, with an analytical mindset to help drive accurate measurement and build foundational best practices that align our company goals with our learning objectives. The right person for the role would have experience building different formats of L&D programs (instructor-led, eLearning, video, etc.) and articulate the different measurement types required for success in these unique programs.

- Establish and lead a cross-functional Documentation Standards Committee to align stakeholders on processes, priorities, and content governance.
- Create and manage a strategy for auditing, prioritizing, and revising existing content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and readability.
- Oversee taxonomy, tagging, metadata standards, and content classification to support human use and AI optimization.
- Collaborate with AI development teams to integrate the knowledgebase content into other AI initiatives (such as the AI Learning Coach), optimize AI functionality and ensure seamless workflows.
2. Analysis & Impact Measurement
- Establish and manage the processes for collecting, cleaning, and integrating L&D data from Workday Learning, Zoho, and other systems of record. Translate data into actionable insights through compelling stories, visualizations, and presentations that influence decision-making.
- Build consistent dashboards, infographics and reports (within Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc.), to communicate L&D impact on a quarterly and yearly basis.
- Determine opportunities for improvement, archiving, or growth from the data results and provide recommendations to key stakeholders within the Learning & Development team, Human Resources, and business verticals.
3. Support Learning Development Efforts
- Flex in assisting in learning development efforts as needed – may include video creation, eLearning development support, or training material design support and review.
- Partner with LMS administrator and business teams to develop and refine learning program best practices for course development, lifecycle management, and auditing.
