Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior C-32/C-40 ESS Integrator in our Service Engineering organization to join the Executive Transport & Surveillance (ET&S) team in Oklahoma City, OK, which provides engineering services for the C-32A & C-40B/C executive commercial derivative aircraft fleet. This position will report to the C-32/C-40 Service Engineering Manager in Oklahoma City, OK to partner with BDS to ensure an integrated engineering approach to execution of the ESS contract recurring services. We are seeking a multifaceted individual with a collaborative mindset and strategic vision to model the culture of BGS, while being deeply committed to our Air Force C-32A & C-40B/C customer.
As the C-32/C-40 ESS Integration Lead you will be responsible for ensuring the successful technical implementation of post-Service Action Review Board (SARB)/modification activities for sustainment, oversight of modification efforts with various commercial maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) facilities, and the technical resolution of other top sustainment issues across the C-32/C-40 Program.
Position Responsibilities:
- Leads the development and application of advanced product support engineering technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, techniques and approaches to ensure supportability, operability, sustainability, reliability, maintainability and operability of products and services throughout its lifecycle.
- Consults on product definition, design and configuration.
- Establishes standards and defines, evaluates and maintains engineering supportability and maintainability requirements for products, systems and programs.
- Overseas the analysis of data to produce support, flight operation and maintenance equipment requirements.
- Consults on engineering changes based on customer requirements and proposes program changes and directs implementation of changes.
- Initiates, plans, researches, develops, analyzes, and designs modification and repair solutions that comply with customer, regulatory, safety and company requirements.
- Oversees planning and design criteria to develop innovative integrated support and maintenance infrastructure.
- Consults on continued airworthiness.
- Monitors engineering and on-site technical assistance to customer’s products including ground support equipment, training devices, training facilities and maintenance facilities.
- Leads proposal development.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 10+ years of experience leading technical projects and/or teams
- 10+ years of experience working on 757 and/or 737 commercial derivative aircraft
- 10+ years of experience with certification of commercial derivative aircraft
- 5+ years of experience with RIO identification and technical mitigation approaches
- 5+ years of experience with MRO facilities in a modification capacity
- Experience navigating the Enterprise Standard Gated Process (ESGP)
- Experience working directly with customers, with a focus on military customers
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 15 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Level 5)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range (Level 4): $100,300- $135,700
Summary Pay Range (Level 5): $119,850- $162,150
