Job Summary Details: Pay: $17.34 per hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Schedule: The floater position requires open availability. Qualified candidate must be able to work both day and night shifts and be able to have a varying schedule each week.
The Customer Service Specialist maintains the efficient flow of traffic within the parking garage using a computer-operated control panel to open and close entrance and exit lanes as assigned by the manager. The employee will answer customer calls, which are initiated by the "help" button on pay machines and will assist customers or cashiers with needs related to entrance and exit protocol. The control room assistant will provide daily activity reports to the manager and will perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Basic Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- 1 years’ experience in customer service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications: • One (1) year of customer service or similar work experience preferred
Responsibilities: Customer Service Specialists are an integral part of the parking operations in assisting Shift Managers in the day-to-day operations. They are, in some cases, the only voice our customers may hear. Listed below are some of the duties and responsibilities.
• Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
• The ability to handle multiple tasks at one time in a fast-paced environment.
• Answer the telephone, assist customers and employees over the intercom at all locations.
• Complete daily shift log, keep an accurate record of events and issues for the entire shift.
• Verify LPI’s and reductions.
• Generate various reports, control gate arms and signs throughout parking facility.
• Log and track any Mavis problems and perform Employee transponder duties.
• Issue zip passes to airport employees.
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
• All other duties may be assigned from time to time.
