Product Manager – Business Banking

What does a successful Product Manager - Business Banking do?
As a Product Manager - Business Banking, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and enhancing our suite of digital solutions tailored for small to mid-sized businesses. This role is ideal for someone passionate about transforming how businesses manage their finances through cutting-edge digital tools across online, mobile, and open banking channels.
Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate initiative in solving complex challenges unique to the business banking sector.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Analysts, UX, Development, QA) to ensure business banking requirements are accurately translated into product features.
- Develop and communicate product roadmaps that align with the strategic goals of business banking, including cash flow management, payments, lending, and account services.
- Make informed product decisions that maximize value for business clients while balancing budget and timeline constraints.
- Act as a key contributor in identifying and prioritizing enhancements that address the evolving needs of business customers.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in business banking, providing insights to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Engage with business clients to gather feedback and validate product direction.
- Support go-to-market strategies with relevant documentation, including sales collateral, feature guides, and implementation resources.
- Leverage market research and client data to inform product development and ensure alignment with business banking trends and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor usage patterns and client behavior to drive data-informed decisions for future enhancements.
What you will need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in product management, preferably within business banking or financial services.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
Willingness to travel approximately 15%.
