About this Position This role involves managing multiple projects to boost shopper excitement and increase sales by leveraging new market trends, shopper research, instore events, promoters, and digital tools. It also ensures flawless execution of the Perfect Store concept by optimizing product placement, building categories aligned with portfolio and channel strategies, developing POS materials, and analyzing internal and external data to identify growth opportunities.
What you´ll do
- Handling multiple projects when it comes to creating shopper excitement to increase offtake using New Market Trends Shopper Research, Market Events Instore, Ushers Instore Promoters, Digitalization.
- Handling the Perfect Store in line with portfolio strategy and channel strategy through: Planograming, Instore Categories Building In line with portfolio Strategy and Channel Focus, supporting in developing POSMs in line with the objective, Increase In-Store Visibility Touchpoints.
- Collects and analyzes Internal & External information to identify opportunities.
