What You'll Be Doing
- Operate a front-end loader to transport materials safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Load customer trucks and feed plant operations as required
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

- Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively
- Strong awareness of safety practices in an industrial setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
