We have an exciting opportunity for an Accountant within the Integrated Components Division (ICD) supporting Wear & Maintenance components. As an Accountant, you will play a key role in driving financial excellence and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. Leveraging your analytical expertise and keen attention to detail, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and insightful financial analysis, contribute to continuous process improvements, and help cultivate a high-performing finance culture. In this role, you will support monthly analysis & forecasting processes, Wear & Maintenance’s cascade process and the implementation of OneStream.
What You Will Do:
- Monthly financial reporting including but not limited to – headcount reporting, variable and period cost reporting
- Supporting quarterly RBM and annual ABP submissions for Wear & Maintenance Components
- Work with accountable COE resources to administer & maintain Axiom instance
- Submit OneStream Journal Entries, review & certify monthly results in OneStream
- Support GFSO OneStream development

What You Have:
- Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
- Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; capacity to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions to resolve those problems.
- Effective Communication: Utilize effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. This role will have various customers that will look at data in different ways, so this person must be able to effectively communicate in multiple directions.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.

- This role requires being in the office 5 days/week.

Summary Pay Range:
$95,640.00 - $143,520.00
