Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Value Designer is responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing processes that enhance end-to-end value chain performance. This role involves analyzing the current state of the value stream network, proposing future-state configurations, and leading continuous improvement initiatives that drive operational efficiency, profitability, and sustainability.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze inbound, value-add, and outbound value chains to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop value stream models representing current and future network configurations.
- Build business cases and capability studies to recommend improvements to stakeholders.
- Implement new or enhanced processes and tools, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Identify inefficiencies and eliminate waste in time, money, materials, and energy.
- Lead process redesign initiatives to meet regulatory and strategic requirements.
- Facilitate root cause analysis sessions and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Systems, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Fluent English
Skills:
Business Process Design
- Leads cross-functional process design initiatives.
- Demonstrates mastery of reengineering concepts, methods, and tools.
- Trains others in infrastructure support for specific processes.
Problem Solving
- Organizes cross-functional teams to resolve high-impact issues.
- Predicts long-term implications of proposed solutions.
- Trains others in problem-solving techniques.
Process Mapping / Flowcharting
- Leads macro and micro process improvement initiatives.
- Establishes organizational best practices for process mapping.
- Evaluates and promotes new mapping tools and techniques.
Top Candidates also have
- Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
- Certified in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt)
- Certified in APICS CPIM or CSCP
- Certified in Business Process Professional
- Certified in Project Management Professional
- Certified in Supply Chain Professional

- Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon.
- This position is five-day a week in-office model.
