The Logistics Analyst II will serve as a key operational and tactical support resource to ensure customer requirements are met. This resource will have global reach in coverage and scope and will provide support functions that are critical for the smooth delivery of transportation and logistics services worldwide.
Day shift: M-F 9AM - 5PM
Responsibilities:
- Payment processing for Zebra's Transportation invoices
- Prepares export documentation including Shippers Letter of Instruction, Commercial Invoices, Certificates of Origin, AES filing, as well as other destination specific documentation
- Coordinates and ensures compliance through (Letters of Credit, Letters of Export, Certificate of Conformance, etc.) when required
- Oversees shipping of dangerous goods shipments. - Conducts denied party list (DPL) inquiries and maintains proper record retention
- Coordinates shipments through interaction with all necessary functions including local support services performed by carriers
- Responds to order inquiries from customer service, scheduling, sales and other internal/external customers
- Researches and routes shipments and selects carrier based on company and customer service/cost requirements
- Analyses rates and prepares cost/volume and other ad hoc reports
- Secures rate quotes from set of partners, and determines best price/option available
- Filing of claims with carriers for damage/loss
- Traces shipments and obtains proof of delivery as needed
- Distributes non-standard invoices for international shipments
- Enter transactions into ERP system
Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School or equivalent
- 2+ years experience
- Excellent communications skills
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritize workload
- Preparation of international documentation
- Knowledge of export administration regulations
- Thorough understanding of all carrier operations - Working understanding of domestic carrier documentation
- Familiarity with various cost structures and practices by mode
- Understanding of sales terms and methods of finance for international transactions
- Knowledge of import documents and U.S. Customs regulations
- Strong math skills
- Strong computer skills which include proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and experience working with ERP systems is a plus

Salary: USD 59800.00 - USD 89800.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
