KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Specialist to join our Managed Services practice.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced post-production support for ServiceNow HRSD, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and system optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues impacting HR workflows and employee experience
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement, ensuring high availability and reliability of HRSD modules
- Manage configuration updates, minor enhancements, and user access requests in alignment with governance and compliance standards
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HRSD capabilities, advising stakeholders on best practices and system usage
- Document support procedures, known issues, and resolution paths to enhance knowledge sharing and reduce resolution time
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of experience supporting ServiceNow HRSD in a post-production or application support capacity
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow HRSD modules such as Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center, and Lifecycle Events
- Experience with ServiceNow administration, including user management, workflows, and configuration changes
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management best practices
- Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Ability to travel as needed
