We are seeking a highly skilled and business-savvy Data Scientist to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging data to drive strategic decisions, build predictive models, and uncover actionable insights that support business growth and operational efficiency.
What you will do
- You will Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- You will Develop, validate, and deploy automated process and machine learning models and statistical algorithms.
- You will Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- You will Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards/reports and Communicate findings clearly through visualizations.
- You should be able to Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and relevance.
- You should Ensure data integrity and compliance with data governance standards.
- You will Automate data workflows and reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- You will be Providing ad hoc analysis and support to strategic initiatives with data insights.
What you will need to have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 7-9 years of experience in data science or advanced analytics.
- Proficiency in Python, R, Alteryx, SQL, and relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas, TensorFlow).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Snowflake) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
- Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, machine learning, and data modeling.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
What would be great to have
- Experience in deploying models to production environments.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Domain expertise in Payment/Cards would be great.
