What does a successful Implementation Analyst, Senior do?
As an Implementation Analyst, Senior at Fiserv, you will facilitate the seamless integration and migration of clients' systems to Fiserv's eBanking products and services. This role is pivotal in conducting system evaluations, providing data analysis, and offering technical support to ensure the successful adoption of Fiserv solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients, contributing to their productivity and workflow optimization through your expertise and recommendations.
What you will do:
- Conduct system evaluations to identify appropriate Fiserv products and determine client setup requirements.
- Analyze and map data from other eBanking systems to Fiserv applications for new business and migration projects.
- Install and configure electronic banking products, guiding clients through setup procedures and conducting presentations.
- Train new clients on product features and provide ongoing training for existing clients.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure installations and conversions operate correctly with product features.
- Propose Fiserv products to enhance client productivity and offer strategic advice on resource allocation during and post-project.
- Provide technical support via telephone or on-site, addressing moderate to complex technical issues.
- Implement complex projects and mentor junior and mid-level implementation analysts.
- Participate in project assignments and scheduling.
What you will need to have:
- 5+ years of experience in system evaluation, data analysis, or mapping in eBanking systems.
- 4+ years of experience in product installations and client training for electronic banking products.
- 4+ years of experience in developing and executing test plans for product installations.
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
What would be great to have:
- 5+ years of experience in the financial industry.
- Previous experience with Fiserv core or online banking systems.
- 4+ years of project management experience.
- AAP certification.
- Previous customer service experience.
